Trading and Distribution is the activity of exchanging goods from one party to another. Usually, this takes a long time so it can slow down performance.
Sales is tasked with collecting customers and submitting projects via the SAP system on sales orders. This project will start if the goods requested by the customer are available or the company will submit a stock procurement application, then both parties agree to the terms and sign the contract, then the process of sending the goods will begin.
Before the project starts, Sales will check the goods or materials needed via the BOSS application. After confirming that the goods are there, the delivery process will be processed via the Beone Tracker application, which can monitor the delivery process to the destination.
After the goods arrive at the customer's location, the invoice is processed for payment. This process can be done directly in the SAP system. Apart from being able to create invoices, the SAP system has a function which can remind customers who have not paid their invoices. In this way, billing will be monitored well and the data presented will be real-time.
